For the first time in a year, workers in Kent should see their wages rise slightly above the rate of inflation. Earnings have rose 2.8 per cent in the year to February, slightly above inflation which rose to 2.7 per cent. We asked shoppers in Rochester how often they think they should get a pay rise.
