Inquest held a year on from teenage girl's death on Herne Bay railway line

A teenager killed on a railway line in Herne Bay had made a frantic phone call to a friend just minutes earlier saying she didn't know where she was.The inquest into the death of 16-year-old Taiyah Peebles was held today after she died almost a year ago on the 25th of July 2017.Her mum Hayley is now appealing for more safety measures at platforms. Reporter poppy Jeffrey has been following the story and joined us in the KMTV studio.
