Medway Council approves plans for Lodge Hill development

Kent's Wildlife charities have condemned Medway Council for moving forward with plans to build two thousand homes on Lodge Hill despite receiving 12 thousand letters of opposition. Critics say the site near Hoo is the most important breeding ground for Nightingale Birds in the whole of the UK.
