Significant fall in stray dog numbers

More than five and a half thousand stray dogs were picked up across Kent and the South East in the past year. But that's the lowest number of strays since records began two decades ago, but there are still concerns dog owners aren't updating their pet's microchip details and that the public aren't fully aware of what to do if they encounter a stray.
