Police appeal after man seriously injured in crash in Four Elms

A man seriously injured in a crash two months ago is still in hospital.

Police have launched an appeal after the 58-year-old local pedestrian was knocked over in Four Elms, near Edenbridge.

Police were called to Four Elms Road at 7:17pm on March 8, after the man was injured as he walked towards Edenbridge, on the B2027 near to the junction with Swan Lane.

PC Jay Langshaw said: “The driver of the vehicle has been spoken to but I would like anyone else who may have seen the male walking along Four Elms Road, at the time or beforehand, or who even witnessed the collision to please get in touch with me.

“The injured man was a large build male, dressed in black work clothes and had parked his van, a white Ford Transit, about 300 yards up the road prior to the accident in a driveway.”
