The Loose Valley Conservation Area near Maidstone is shrouded in an autumnal mist this morning giving the scene a magical and slightly eerie atmosphere.
The same mist is also reducing visibility on motorways and especially on country lanes, where it can suddenly turn much thicker.
Motorists are warned to slow down and take care.
