A flasher who exposed himself to a woman as she ran past a bus stop is being hunted today.

The offender pulled down the waistband of his trousers and bared himself to the 43-year-old jogger on London Road, in Addington.

The victim was exercising when she noticed the man at about 9.10am on Monday, July 8.

He was standing at the bus stop, near the Trottiscliffe Road junction, but sat down when she ran closer.

The woman, who continued to run away, saw the man walk away towards Addington village.

Kent Police used information from the victim to issue an efit of the flasher today.

PC Philippa Wratten said: "The man did not attempt to touch or speak to the victim, who has dealt with the ordeal very well. Exposure is still a serious crime, however, especially as we can't be sure what a man who is alleged to have done this might do in the future.

"We are asking people, particularly those in the Addington and Mallings areas, to take a good look at the efit the victim has provided us with to see if they recognise the man."

The offender is described as about 45, thin, 5ft 10in and with short brown hair.

The victim said he has deep wrinkles and a bump on one side of his face.

He was wearing a black t-shirt, black elasticated cropped trousers and white trainers.

Witnesses or anyone with information is asked to phone Kent Police on 01732 529911, quoting incident reference YY/13125/13, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
