Fuzion Hairdressing Ltd, in The Mall, Maidstone, awarded four stars by the Good Salon Guide

A Maidstone hairdressers has been honoured with a prestigious award by the Good Salon Guide.

Fuzion Hairdressing Ltd, located inside the Gabriel’s Hill entrance to The Mall, was given a four star rating by the industry’s equivalent to the famous pub and hotel guides.

The business was opened in the town 10 years ago by owner Tracy Jacks, who also runs salons in Dartford and New Ash Green, opening her first when she was just 21.

The 32-year-old from Rainham said: “The Good Salon Guide is the long awaited measure that enables clients to know their hairdresser is a true professional. We are delighted to have achieved independent recognition of this salon’s standards.”

Chairman of the guide, Dawson Penn, added: “I am delighted that Fuzion has succeeded in reaching standards required to become a member of the Good Salon Guide. The guide highlights the professional status of hairdressers and will ensure that clients can have confidence in their choice of hairdresser.”
