Firefighters have been tackling a blaze at a house in Grafty Green, Maidstone.

Four fire engines, a bulk water carrier and two Kent Fire and Rescue Service cars rushed to the home in Headcorn Road after the blaze broke out just after 11am.

Crew members wearing breathing apparatus fought the flames with two hose reels.

The flames are now out and crews had left the property by 1pm.
