A man had to be airlifted to the Royal London Hospital after he fell from scaffolding.

The 62-year-old fell at around 10.40am yesterday and both the Kent Air Ambulance and South East Coast Ambulance attended the scene in Aylesford.

The air ambulance reports that the accidental fall caused injuries to his head, neck and thorax.
