25-year-old man charged with criminal damage following incident at Tesco Express filling station in Tonbridge Road

A 25-year-old man has been charged following an incident at a petrol station.

Justinas Mitras, of no fixed address, was charged with two counts of criminal damage and one count of threatening or disorderly behaviour to cause harassment.

The incident took place at the Tesco Express filling station on the Tonbridge Road on Thursday, August 28.

Kent Police attended at 6.20pm and Mitras was detained in custody overnight.
He has been bailed to appear at Maidstone Magistrates Court on Monday, September 22.
