Steven Farris charged with campaign of harassment against woman in Maidstone

A homeless man has been charged with a campaign of harassment against a woman in Maidstone.

Steven Farris, 31, who was added to Kent Police's most wanted list yesterday, was today charged with the offence which caused fear of violence and was committed between August 1 and Tuesday.

Farris has been released on bail to appear at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 4.
