Two men have been arrested and bailed as part of Operation Yodel, an ongoing investigation into a spate of burglaries in West Kent.
The men, aged 23 and 19 and both from neighbouring West Malling, were picked up in East Malling by Kent Police officers on Wednesday, January 9 after a call from a member of the public.
They were bailed until February 1 pending further enquiries.
The public tip-off followed an appeal for information issued by officers following a series of break-ins in December.
Villagers were advised to be on their guard and asked to report anything suspicious to police.
Anyone with further information is asked to call Kent Police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
