Deep in the Kentish countryside, a festive seasonal tipple has been brewing. ready for this time of year.
The Musket Brewery, in Linton, has launched its first winter ale.
The business, run by directors Mark Stroud and Tony Williams, was launched in October, with beers Fife and Drum and Flintlock. Now Muzzleloader has joined the stable, with the first pints being pulled at the Fox and Goose in Weavering Street to CAMRA Maidstone and Mid Kent chairman Jeff Tucker.
Mr Williams said: “As a new microbrewery business we are very pleased with the positive response to our beers and for the encouragement that CAMRA, together with local pubs, have given us. We are thrilled that pubs taking our beers are placing repeat orders and we are working hard to meet this demand.”
