A crash is this afternoon causing delays on a major stretch of motorway this afternoon.

The single vehicle accident happened on the M20 London bound carriageway at junction 8 for the A20 at Leeds.

One lane is currently blocked while emergency services attend.

A Kent Police spokesman said: "We were called at 3.41pm following a report that a car had collided with the central reservation. Officers are currently at the scene."
