Police release CCTV images of two men wanted after two mobile phones were taken from Cafe Nero in King Street, Maidstone

Police have released images of two men they would like to speak to in connection with the theft of two mobile phones.

Two women who were sat at a table in Café Nero in King Street, Maidstone, at about 2.30pm on Saturday, January 4, when they were approached by two men.

One asked to borrow £1 while the other asked for a signature on a piece of paper, before taking the phones, worth £500 each.

The men are described as both with short dark hair, aged about 20 years old and about 5ft 6ins.

One was wearing a dark coloured jumper with a red 3 on the back. 

The other was wearing blue jeans and a black jumper.
