It comes six months after a huge crash on the M26 killed French nationals Michael Akande, 54, and his daughters Mary and Helen.

Mary, 16, and Helen, 22, were pronounced dead at the scene but their father battled his injuries in hospital for two weeks before dying.

They lived in Sarcelles, a northern suburb of Paris.

Mr Akande was a religious speaker and both girls were students.

A statement released in June by grieving widow Nike Akande, who was also in the car, said: “I can’t believe, but this is reality. You’re so caring and so loving.

“Your life was to serve God and the souls of God, but the time I had with you was fantastic, wonderful.

“I will never, never forget you till I close my eyes to see our Lord Jesus and till we meet again at the feet of Jesus.

“If it was possible to come again, I would choose you again as my darling, my love, my soul mate, my friend, my life partner and husband again and again.

“I love you and will always love you.”

The accident, which involved two lorries, two cars and a van, left another eight people needing hospital treatment, including a 10-year-old boy.

Inquests into the three deaths were due to take place at Tunbridge Wells Coroner’s’ Court, in Crescent Road, on Wednesday, July 23 but these have since been postponed.

Orsula has been bailed to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on Friday, December 5 and is banned from leaving the country.
