Three vehicles have been involved in a crash on Tonbridge Road, Maidstone.
The accident happened on Saturday afternoon, around 2.30pm.
Two cars and a van had collided.
Fire crews had to stabilise all three vehicles and used hydraulic cutting equipment to make space and gain access to a male and a female casualty for paramedics.
After everyone was removed they were treated by ambulance crews.
The incident was over by 3.30pm and the road was closed to traffic. It later re-opened.
