Maidstone's first Krispy Kreme opens to doughnut lovers

Krispy Kreme has served its first customer following its latest opening of a store in a Kent shopping centre.

The doughnut giant launched its new shop on the upper level of The Mall in Maidstone yesterday (Wednesday, May 24) and handed over its first batch of treats.

Mark Bidewell, from BISON, bought doughnuts for all of his team at the digital printing and graphic solutions company.

Krispy Kreme’s opening in Maidstone is the county town’s first and gives The Mall another global brand selling the most famous doughnuts in the world.

Suzie Brindle, The Mall Maidstone’s marketing manager comments on the new Krispy Kreme shop opening: “At the Mall Maidstone, we’re always trying to improve our shop offering, bringing our clients new and exciting shops and food outlets.
