Travellers have set up camp at a motorway service station.

Four caravans are currently parked on a grass verge by the Roadchef complex, off junction 8 of the M20 at Leeds.

They are believed to have been there for more than a week.

The responsibility for moving travellers on at unauthorised encampments rests with the landowner.

Roadchef has been approached for comment.

The services are home to a Costa, McDonald's, WHSmith and a Days Inn hotel.
