Two-year-old twins are receiving kidney dialysis after an outbreak of E. coli at a petting zoo.
Aaron and Todd Furnell, from Paddock Wood, are suffering acute kidney failure.
They are among 34 people who have the bug after visiting Godstone farm in Surrey.
Their mother, Tracey Mock, has questioned why the farm was not closed as soon as cases were identified.
"I'm just so incredibly angry that they shouldn't be there [in hospital], and I'm extremely worried," she told the BBC.
