A young girl was treated by paramedics after falling over just minutes after an elderly woman tripped near the same spot.

South East Coast Ambulance sent a crew to High Street at 11.30am to help a lady in her 70s who had fallen outside The Muggleton Inn and suffered a facial injury.

The control room received another call 10 minutes to the same spot, where a youngster had also tripped and cut her head.
