Youths have been spotted running across roofs in Maidstone town centre this afternoon (Saturday).

Up to three people have been spotted climbing above shops and pubs in the town centre from around 3.30pm.

The group has been spotted above Royal Star Arcade and is thought to have climbed across properties along the High Street.

A spokesperson from Kent Police said: "We were called at about 3.18pm to reports of two or three people on the roof of a building in Maidstone High Street. Officers attended but they were not located."
