Maidstone United’s Gallagher Stadium will host a huge Kent derby in the very first week of the new football season.

Jay Saunders’ men – promoted as Ryman League champions in April – are set to clash with local rivals Ebbsfleet United on Tuesday, August 11 in front of what will surely be a sell-out crowd.

That follows an opening-day trip to promotion hopefuls Sutton United on Saturday, August 11.

Maidstone meet Ebbsfleet again on October 3 at Stonebridge Road before visiting Dartford on November 14.

Over Christmas the Stones tackle Margate twice – away on Boxing Day and at home on January 2.

Dartford come to the Gallagher on April 9 and Maidstone’s season finishes at home to Bishop’s Stortford on April 30.
