Police seized a car in Aylesford this morning.

It happened in London Road just before 10.30am, after the driver and owner of the Ford Focus was reported for not having insurance.

Officers have the power to impound vehicles if they suspect that drivers are driving without the legal cover.

Any driver who fails to produce their documents on the spot is at risk of having their vehicle seized.
