St James the Great Academy held a lunch for kids and their dad's to celebrate Father's Day

A group of lucky dads were treated to lunch with their children in celebration of Father's Day.

St James the Great Academy, East Malling, organised the annual lunch which invited 40 dads to dine with their kids.

The food was served in the main hall and guests were served a roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings, which resulted in many happy faces.

A member of staff said: "It was a great afternoon, we had 40 dads attend and it completely filled out the hall. everybody had a great time and the dad's were tucking into their dinners nicely.

"14 dads carried on to a cooking session in the afternoon. They made pizzas with the kids and had a great time."
