Police were called in to investigate after a man's body was found at an address in West Malling.

Officers were alerted by ambulance crews at around 7.10pm this evening to the site in Ewell Avenue, where a man in his 30s had died.

Witnesses reported seeing eight police cars, plain clothes detectives and several ambulances near the Scared Crow pub behind West Malling High Street.

The death is being treated as unexplained, but there are no suspicious circumstances.

The man's family have been informed and police have now left the scene.
