George Austin wanted in connection with alleged stabbing in Pratling Street, Aylesford

Police are hunting a man wanted in connection with an alleged stabbing in Aylesford.

A man in his 20s was taken to hospital with arm and chest injuries following a brawl in Pratling Street earlier this month.

Detectives are now searching for George Austin and anyone who knows where he is should call 101 quoting Most Wanted and crime reference YY/7152/16.

An air ambulance, paramedics and police officers were called to the incident on April 5.

The helicopter landed in a field near the scene, which is in a rural back road linking Aylesford village and Blue Bell Hill.

The victim was taken by road to King's College Hospital in London. His injuries were not life-threatening.

The road was shut for around three hours while officers investigated.
