West Malling: Fartherwell Road closed due to rubbish dumped near Teston Road

Fly-tipping which was blocking a West Malling road in both directions has been cleared.

Fartherwell Road was obstructed by a large amount of waste dumped near Teston Road.

The carriageway was also closed for two days in June when household waste and conifer branches were dropped on it.

The road is closed because of a gas leak.

Kent County Council confirmed the road has now been cleared.
