Fartherwell Road in West Malling shut between Teston Road and Sandy Lane due to flytipped rubbish

A West Malling road could be closed for two days while flytipped rubbish is cleared from the road.

Fartherwell Road was shut between Teston Road and Sandy Lane after a large quantity of household waste and conifer branches were dumped there, blocking the carriageway.

It was reported to police shortly after 10pm yesterday.

Kent Highways say it could be closed until Sunday while the road is cleared.
