Balaclava-clad thieves steal cash, phone and watch from couple in Staplehurst Road, Twydall

A man and a woman were threatened by three men wearing balaclavas who got into their home and demanded cash.

The incident happened in Staplehurst Road, Twydall, on Tuesday, February 20, at about 8.30pm.

Officers from the Kent and Essex Police Serious Crime Directorate are appealing for witnesses to the aggravated burglary.

The suspects, all men dressed in black clothing, stole an amount of cash, a watch and a mobile phone before fleeing the property.

Officers are treating the crime as an isolated incident.

The suspects have been described as three white men who were wearing balaclavas over their faces and black gloves.
