A support network will be launched next year for artists and creative companies.

Kent Creative Live Swale and Medway will run events for art organisations looking to develop their business skills.

The programme of nine workshops and eight meet-ups is open to residents of Swale and Medway.

Funded by Ideas Test, the course will cover topics like business planning, project evaluation, marketing and money management.

It will run for nine months, beginning in January, with events in Chatham, Faversham, Rochester and Sittingbourne.
