Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital after crash in Rochester

A motorcyclist was today fighting for his life in a London hospital after a crash with a car.

Kent Police was called to the scene of the collision in Frindsbury Hill, Rochester just before 3pm yesterday.

A man, thought to be in his 20s, was taken to Kings College Hospital with a potentially serious head injury.

Officers attended the scene along with the two cars and an ambulance from SECAmb.

Drivers in the area experienced delays as the the road was closed between the roundabout at Berwick Way and the junction of the B2000.
