Motorcyclist 'fighting for life' in hospital after accident in Lordswood, near Chatham

A motorcycist is fighting for his life in a London hospital after a crash with a van.

It happened yesterday evening in Lordswood, near Chatham.

The man believed, believed to be local to the area, suffered serious injuries in the collision in Clandon Road at the junction of Albemarle Road at about 5.40pm.

Both Kent Air Ambulance and SECAMB were at the scene.

He is said to be in a critical condition.
