Police called to Boxing Day brawl in Bligh Way, Strood

Five men found themselves behind bars on Boxing Day after they were arrested on suspicion of affray.

Police were called to Bligh Way, Strood, at about 1.10pm after reports of a fight breaking out in a road yesterday lunchtime.

Jack Flisher, 44 and Scott Flisher, 22, both of Darnley Road, Strood, and Joel Morgan, 23, of Bligh Way, Strood, were all charged with criminal damage and affray.

They have been bailed to appear at Medway Magistrates' Court on March 3.

A 47-year-old and and 40-year-old, also from Strood, were released without charge.
