A Kent Police dog has helped officers to arrest a man in Rainham.
PD Olly, pictured, tracked down the man after officers requested him to stop driving in Oak Lane, Sittingbourne.
The man failed to stop for officers on last Tuesday and police pursued him to Taswell Road in Rainham where he then abandoned the car and ran from the scene.
However, PD Olly and his handler PC Paul Diddams were on his trail and helped to track down the man who was found hiding in a nearby house.
A 19-year-old man from Gillingham was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and has been released under investigation.
