Police are concerned for a 16-year-old, who went missing on Thursday, but has still not turned up.

They are appealing for information as to the whereabouts of Priya Verma, from Gillingham.

She was last seen in the Albany Road area of Gillingham at around 3.40pm on Thursday.

Priya is described as being Asian, around 5ft 3ins tall with dark brown straight hair, which is usually tied up. She is slim and has brown eyes with her ears pierced.

Anyone who sees Priya or has information which may help is asked to call Kent Police on 101 or in an emergency call 999 quoting 11-0696.
