Three teenagers have been charged after officers seized knives and suspected drugs in the Towns.

The trio were stopped and arrested in Street End Road, in Chatham, at 12.40pm yesterday.

A 17-year-year-old from Chatham has since been charged with possessing heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply, possessing cannabis, and possessing a knife.

A 16-year-old, of no fixed address, has been charged with possessing a knife.

Cameron Allen, 18, of Ryde Close in Chatham, has been charged with possessing cannabis.

The 17-year-old and 16-year-old are due to appear at Medway Magistrates Court on today.

Allen has been bailed to appear at Medway Magistrates Court on Wednesday, March 14.
