Invicta Dynamos head coach Kevin Parrish believes he is just one signing away from completing his new-look squad.

Parrish has made big changes to his Dynamos roster over the summer, with several new faces in the ranks for the 2013/14 season.

One of the major signings for the Mos has been Daniel Hammond.

Parrish said: “A couple of players got away but I’m probably just one player away now and that could be tied up at the weekend. The signing of Danny Hammond is probably the biggest shock of the summer.

“He left Chelmsford, for whatever reason, and was a local boy there and a bit of a hero. Once he found out he wasn’t going back, the only place he wanted to be was with Invicta. I didn’t have to do much persuading. Next season we’re going to see a good player coming our way.”

The Mos failed to challenge at the top of the ENIHL last season and Parrish is desperate to get in among the leading clubs again.

He said: “We have to be up there next season. We’ve been inconsistent over the last two years and maybe the team wasn’t fit enough.

“Things are going to change and we’ve got some fit boys coming in, who work hard and play hard. I can’t wait to start.”
