Gillingham goalkeeper Tom Hadler has joined Grays Athletic on loan.

The 20-year-old links up with the Ryman League, Premier Division side, who are managed by former Gills midfielder Mark Bentley.

Hadler, who earlier this season had a brief stint with Gloucester City, has yet to feature for Gillingham’s first team but trains regular alongside first team keepers Stuart Nelson and Glenn Morris, under the guidance of coach Jimmy Walker.

He has twice previously been on loan at Tonbridge Angels and could make an immediate start at Grays, in their game today at Kingstonian.
