Name: Max Ehmer Position: Defender

Central defender Max joined the Gills permanently in 2015 after a successful loan spell from QPR. He was handed the captain's armband by Ady Pennock shortly after the head coach took over from departed Justin Edinburgh, skippering the side for the remainder of that season. He was converted from defence to midfield at the end of Pennock's tenure.
