Gillingham’s League 1 fixture away at Millwall has been brought forward.

The game will now take place on Friday, December 30 - one day earlier than previously scheduled to avoid the reduced public transport service operating in and around London on New Year’s Eve.

It will be the second consecutive season Gills have travelled to the Den for a festive fixture. Last season two goals from Dominic Samuel and and one from Bradley Dack earned a 3-0 win.
