Delays after crash on Wainscott bypass
AN
OVERTURNED lorry on a roundabout on the Wainscott bypass
caused huge delays for motorists yesterday afternoon and
evening.
The accident happened on the A228/A289 roundabout at the bottom
of Four Elms Hill.
Emergency services, including paramedics and firefighters went to
the scene as small fire broke out close to the lorry after some

alternative routes.
