Medway Messenger,out now

MM front page, March 12

The latest edition of the Medway Messenger is out now, full of the latest news, sport and pictures and lots more besides.

Our leisure guide is packed with good ideas for places to go and things to see. If you're having Strictly Come Dancing withdrawal symptoms, find out where you can get your fix. There's also a seven-day TV guide if you want to stay in and put your feet up in front of the box and a quiz page with crossword and Sudoku.

If you are looking to move house or change car, our homes and motors supplement is a good place to start with hundreds of properties and vehicles for sale. This week's front page property is a three-bedroom house handy for Rainham railway station.

The cost of weddings is soaring but if you've been totting up the bills and ruled out getting married this year because of the expense, why not enter our competition to win your dream wedding. Ceremony, reception, outfits, transport - it's all included.

We know you like Peter Cook's The Way We Were column so from this week it's double the size with some fascinating old photos for you to see. In the Codgers hotseat this week is Alan Watkins, who is bemoaning the introduction of water meters.

In eight page of sport, we look ahead to the Gills game against Stockport with star columnist John Nutter and report on Rainham's Gerard Greene reaching the world snooker finals.

Pictures include World Book Day celebrations, Medway Mini Youth Games swimming and a fascinating exhibition at Rochester Cathedral.

All this and lots more in your big value Medway Messenger, in the shops now.
