The National Association for Colitis and Crohn’s Disease will benefit from around £350 from a sponsored walk by Isle of Thanet Extra sales team member Cara Jones and her partner Peter Eyre, who runs the Elite Fitness Studio in Broadstairs.

The couple braved the biting cold to trek 20km from Minnis Bay to Ramsgate. Cara said: “We want to thank everyone who sponsored us. It was a really cold walk along the clifftops but we are glad we completed it for a very worthwhile cause.”
