All lanes of the M25 have been reopened following an earlier accident.

Traffic was halted at junctions four to six on the clockwise carriageway at around 4.55pm but the scene has since been cleared.

Four vehicles were involved in the incident.

Normal traffic conditions did not resume until gone 7.30pm.

Those involved suffered minor injuries.
