Absolem Brown, of Kingswood and Tommy and John Dunn of Sevenoaks - burglary conspiracy charges

Three men have been charged with conspiracy to commit burglaries at telecommunications sites.

The case follows arrests in the summer.

Police stopped a van on August 11 on the M25 near Westerham and seized a quantity of high-value batteries.

Absolem Brown, 52, of Pitt Road, Kingswood, and Tommy Dunn, 31 and John Dunn, 33, of South Ash Road, Sevenoaks were arrested on suspicion of theft.

They were later bailed to return to the police station pending further enquiries.

Brown and Tommy Dunn were arrested on Tuesday and John Dunn yesterday.

All three were charged with conspiracy to burgle telecommunications sites between June 16 and August 12 this year.

They appeared before Maidstone Magistrates’ Court yesterday where Tommy Dunn and John Dunn were remanded to Maidstone Crown Court on Tuesday, January 2.

Brown was released on bail to attend Maidstone Crown Court on the same date.
