Open air cinema set up at Coolings Garden Centre in Knockholt, near Sevenoaks to raise funds for Hospice in the Weald

Films fans can enjoy the last days of summer with an outdoor film screening to raise money for charity.

Coolings Garden Centre in Knockholt will be putting on the show on Friday, September 9, and Saturday, September 10.

Money raised from the event will be donated to Hospice in the Weald.

Gates open at 6.30pm each night, with the shows starting after sunset, around 7.30pm.

Abba fans can enjoy a screening of Mamma Mia on the Friday night, before audiences step into the danger zone on Saturday, with a showing of Top Gun.

Popcorn and freshly made snacks will be available to keep the movie munchies at bay.

Natasha Trowell, hospice events coordinator, said: "It's a great chance to bring along a bottle of wine and a picnic to enjoy while you're watching these classic films.

"It promises to be two really enjoyable evenings in a lovely setting - though it might be wise to bring along a jumper to cosy up in when the sun goes down!"

Tickets are £15 for adults and £10 for under-16s. Five pounds from each ticket will go to the organisers, with the rest being donated to Hospice in the Weald.

To book tickets, call Natasha on 01892 820586, or go to the Hospice website.
