Kent Police is appealing for information after the attempted robbery of a woman in Eynsford High Street.

The 36-year-old woman was walking past the graveyard when she was approached by a youngster who attempted to steal her handbag.

The boy and his friend fled empty-handed following the struggle on Saturday, September 6.

Both youths are described as being white, aged 10-12 and 4ft 4ins. Both were wearing dark clothing and had their hoods up.
