A man has had the surprise of his life as a brand new car he won has been secretly delivered to his doorstep.

The competition CEO William Hindmarch sprung the prize on the IT worker by knocking on his door and handing him the keys to the dream car.

Dad of one Rikki said: “I still don’t think it’s sunk in I can’t believe it.

“As soon as I opened the door I recognised Will Hindmarch and it was a kind of head in hands moment, I was so shocked. I thought Jeremy Beadle was going to jump out with another set of cameras.

Rikki and his wife Sam are expecting their second child who is due to be born any day. He said: “I’m quite glad Sam wasn’t here, I think the shock would have made for another early surprise.”

Being a huge Range Rover fan, the generous delivery was a dream come true for Rikki.

He added: “I’ve always loved the new Range Rover ever since it came out and with another baby on the way I thought it was a practical car to have so I chose it. I have never won anything like this before, I only entered as a bit of fun.”

Rikki was also given £10,000 cash by Best of the Best. He was given a demonstrator car, but now has the opportunity to customise every detail to his preference.
